Schedule one time events and/or recurring services.
The example
below uses a golf and tennis resort
Scaled to take-up a small amount of screen space since cell phone/smart
phone
browsing will be more and more popular.
CalendarCart schedules the way people schedule, not the way
computers work.
Gina teaches Mon, Wed, and Fri. Your customer chooses from the
service schedule that
is setup
and maintained
by your Admin.
Mondays in the AM are good for this customer, so
Monday at 10am was selected.
The next step is to pick a day of the month.
Monday, November 12 at 10am was selected. The lesson is added to the Shopping Cart
and the next step is CheckOut.
When the class is filled-up, the session will no longer appear
for scheduling. The
capacity for each service is set by your Admin. In the
calendar above, days that are underlined
and green still have space(s) available.
Let's say Gina is not available for a particular day.
Admin can set that date "off" and no sessions
will appear for scheduling on that date.
A one step, easy-to-use CheckOut process. Email notification is sent to both you
and your Customer.
Your Orders List is updated in your Admin Panel.
You can print a
routing slip that can go with the
instructor out to the lesson tee.
Service Payment Type
tells the system what to do at Customer Checkout.
The options are:
- Charge Credit Card: charge credit card at time of reservation
- Charge Account: charge customer's account
- No Charge: don't charge at time of reservation; payment is
collected at time of service or after, or some other arrangement has been made
